1 Child Single Pass (includes 1 Adult) $35 • 1 visit • Please enroll ONLY your child. Note: No entry for children age 7-17. Ensure your reservations are showing in Upcoming Events in your Dashboard. No walk-ins. Socks are required. Purchases are non-refundable, but account credit will be provided as long as cancellations are made more than 1 hour in advance of scheduled reservation. Pass will be expired in 2 months from the date of the purchase. -- PLEASE NOTE -- If the Open Play Session is open, ALL Walk-ins may need to wait approx 15-20 mins to be let in to an "at Capacity" Open Play Session. * As a part of our closing process, theme rooms downstairs will be closed approx 15 mins before the end of each session. Cancellation Policies:
*No refund once the purchase is made and completed.
*One hour advance cancellation (through reservation system, phone, email, or voicemail) is permitted one hour before the starting time of your scheduled play session. Unused passes (due to cancellation) will be applied to a future visit. No Refunds!!
*For any No-Shows, your pass will be deducted and cannot be used for future visits. No store credit for No-Shows.
